Hey to all of my followers, good on ya to jump on board from the beginning. So I have to be honest, I got McDonalds for breakfast yesterday, I know, I know bad choice. I had a wonderful breakfast date with my wife this morning and ordered fresh fruit crepes with half a muffin and granola, along with that I walked to pick up my youngest son from preschool(this will be a daily thing as long as I am not at work and the weather holds). Tomorrow I will be making my return to the GYM!!! (enter your own horror music) I will leave you now with a little tidbit to ponder. I find this funny, you go out to eat and get a salad to be healthy and that's all you eat, no sides but if you take that same salad and put it in a wrap restaurants think you always need a side like chips or fries with it??? Whats up with that???
Aaron out.
P.S. some before pictures will be coming soon to track my progress
Healthy food isn't always convenient and convenient food is rarely healthy. When I was trying to lose my baby tonnage, I went grocery shopping for healthy stuff and came home and took about an hour to wash and cut and all that stuff. Then I got a bunch of cheap tupperwares (Kroger brand leftover containers)and made little snacks and meals. It's easy to portion when you're not hungry! Then healthy=convenient. I grabbed junky stuff less.
